the hair was just notty thats what you have to do to get nots out and if they did break it or ruin the dolls hair like futureindirector21 said they will replace the doll or send it to the doll hospital for free.

Ok first of all, how is it cruel to actors, and second of all, they sped up the video with the hair.

Guys! its American girl dolls in an American girl shop they can do whatever they want with the dolls and if they ruin it they WILL replace it trust me their really good and nice.

Don't say they are mistreating the dolls, if that lady had to brush it that hard, the owner must've mistreated her doll! Please!!! She must've not taken care of her hair. American girl is just trying to help.

Ok, The dolls hair could have had a LOT of tangles adn knots in it???? Couldn't that be possible?? Maby like she spilt soemthing on the dolls hair. I know my dolls hair gets knots in it like CRAZY when I don't brush it for like a month! And I haev to do that. But I put water on it so it will coem out easier I was actually doign Jessica's hair last ngiht and It was all knoted up... (My AG doll)

well maybe they wanted to go home cause it was closing time or they had a TON of people in line so they wanted to hurry it up and brush quickly... I still think its mean but maybe she wasnt trying to be cruel...whatever!

it doesnt matter if the dolls dont feel anything!you are not saposed to brush there hair that hard!it pulls the stiches and then the hair will fall out!
