You're right.He uses Demonic power not only to fire but to auto reload.

I heard that Dante uses his demonic power to reload magically so he doesn't have to do it manually. Just what I hear. It makes sense to me. :D

yeah but when u played 4 i though its a little harder than 3

To manipulate the dice: To roll the number you want, find out which number comes before it (watch the top face of the die) and get ready to Buster it (not sword). The moment the die's top face rolls to the desired number, Buster it and it will give you the number you want if you did it right. =)
