My brother died when he was knocked from his motorcycle. He was 21. The woman who did it was 2/3 times over the drink/drive limit. She never went to jail. She didn't get a fine, but had to pay court costs, points on her driving lisence, suspended sentence. That's British justice at it's best.

It was almost romantic how the cars slowly kissed each other...but then you think, "wow! someone had to die for romance"
