yes agreed that the rules are tighter than leotards....but as soon as anty Singapore Son completes his National Obligation by serving his (then 30months) time, now it is 24 months(not a lot of time in the grand scheme of things) he can go overseas like any civillian and not have to look back. It is a very small sacrifice to make. No need to atomic bomb here bomb there - SGP is alright place to vist as a tourist, indeed, not a breat place to stay - thats just the way it is.....
