my friend done worse, he was on prob a .. 8 or 8'5 wall, done a backflip and face planted, he's got a broken neck :(, retarded nose now (broken ofc!) and half a lip at the bottom, and missing 6 teeth..ouch ?

no they're not. parkour is just about efficiency, while freerunning includes flips and acrobatics and is much more flashy

i believe their both the same. but parkour is the french name.
