I know how to do everything there, and I can physically do everything in that video except one move, but it's the fluidity and speed combined with the movements that makes it look so impressive, and that, I have yet to perfect.

Uhhh they obviously had to stop and take a break David belle prob couldnt even go that long. Besides these guys here had one camera man (camera style never changed throughout film) They would needd an entire film crew (expensive) to do this (which they didnt have, these are amateurs)
