it kinda switch around from fighting colones in some levels and in others their is some fighting and some horror

A normal person will run around and kill people, if they see someone spawn they try and leave them alone and give them a chance unless they try and kill you. What you saw this jackass doing was spawn killing, which is just camping at spawn points or whatever serves as a spawn situation and kills those who have just spawned without giving them a chance.
