did you put in the right one? one is for acceleration, and the other is for deluxe edition

Are you running DirectX 10? If so try switching to DirectX 9

I had the same problem, try calling Microsoft. Hope this helps.

hey guys, i just wanted some help. i just bought fsx gold edtition. i installed it, and then it came up with with the activation process. i looked in the case it came with and typed in the the activation code. i clicked next. then after 15 seconds it said invalid code. i typed it correctly NO mistakes whats so ever. then i tryed again but same thing. so i closed the window and went on it again but i couldnt go on it again. reply quick please.
