Description: Please read: This is a little video of a mod I made for the PC version of the game which allows Cloud to lose the final battle with Sephiroth. Normally the fight can not be lost; if one does not use Omnislash, Sephiroth will use an attack that takes away 31/32 of Cloud's HP (it works like Demi). The battle is scripted so that Cloud will always counter attack and Sephiroth will always die (he will die even if Cloud does not do any damage at all). In this mod his "cut" attack takes away all of Cloud's HP.

It was OK by Final Fantasy standards ;-) Of course, by normal standards, it was a damn good game (great fun to play). 8 or 9 out of 10 IMO.

actually crisis core was more then (ok) it was kickass! i agree with u on everything else...except the pretty average film part. it was fucking retarded

doesn't matter if you have the counter-attack materia on, cloud will counter anyway

Yeah, a lot of the people who made FF7 have left Square Enix now, and the FF series has gone downhill. Crisis Core was OK, but AC and Dirge were pure fan service. A pretty average film and a pretty average game with FF characters tacked on. Let's face it, FF7 has been dug up from it's grave and raped, just to make money.

advent children sucked balls imo. it was such a letdown. all their personalitis were off. and aeris as a ghost was freakin retarded (i think she was a ghost @ one point?) this was my favorite game of all time and advent children pissed me off..

I just hated Advent Children ;-) And Cloud's personality was awful in that film; far too much of a wimp. He was a badass in FF7! Don't get me wrong, I'm not an emo hater, but I didn't like seeing Cloud's character go that way.

That should've been the real ending, i hated clouds attitude in advent children.

I let Sephiroth do that to me, and I had the counter materia on, so I didn't get to use omnislash haha very anti-climactic
