Confusing yes. The three people in the movie who were all very unfortunate represent one type of person and one level of overall satisfaction with their lives. The guy at the end scratching the lotto ticket looks like he is well-to-do, playing gold with nice clohtes and everything. Maybe he represents some greedy, money hungary buisness tycoon who couldn't give a damn that there are people who are less fortunate than him. So if he wins the lotto licket, it's just icing on the cake for him.

The guy playing golf i think wins the lottery, but seeing as hes playing golf, he dosnt need to win it, he has a pretty good life, at least that how i interpreted it.

I think this video is showing that, those unfortunate people, made wishes to have better lives and to be happy again, and the last guy who had riches and everything made a selfish wish and took away everyones happiness for himself.
