how do you change the file from m4a to m4r, i have vista
Using Windows XP..how do i change the file from m4a to m4r ... it just adds ".p4r" after the name...not the extension?!?!?
Followed your directions step-by-step. It's not showing up in the Ringtones tab. It's 30 seconds, m4r, but it's just not in the tab. Tried converting it to AAC afterwards, but it says it could not find the file. o_O Any help?
This method doesn't work with songs you bought from iTunes (with DRM)
when I try to convert it says protected file cannot be converted into AAC
Thank you so much, this worked like a charm.
how do i do this on a vista computer?
They moved it in the latest iTunes. On the "General" tab of Preferences, there's a button called "Import Settings"
Awesome, this even works on a PC! Thanks!
thats really great
Cool thanks a lot!! I tried it and it works now! it also works with itunes 8 on Windows Vista just incase anyone is interested.
Trim it down to under 40 seconds
When I go to advanced on my iTunes it doesn't look like that at all... =/
