I had a helio ocean for a good year. its a great phone to have in tell it brake on you.i called helio to see if i can get it fixed.they said no cuz my warrenty has exspired 2 weeks ago. i still one more year on the contract with them. the only way they will fix my phone is if i singed a anouther 2 year contract with them.i think that is some bullshit because there contract last longer then cell phone do. i am telling every to NOT BUY A HELIO PHONE TRUST ME ON THIS. p.s. thats my story

i almost got the Helio but found it wasn't 4 at&t so i got the pantech ad its pretty much the same for what i have heard

I own the Helio Ocean. It is NOT a "Smart phone" per the definition, it is a "feature based" phone. That being said, I have owned Pocket PC phones, and Treos before, and the Ocean performs almost all of the same functions.

Actually a Smart Phone is a phone that can Multi-task, on the Helio Ocean you can't listen to music and check your messages at the same time.

no your wrong there too. Helio has 3G. plus their coverage is the same. They run off ATT's towers.
