Healthy? Only in Moderation. I once tried a Sushi diet, 2 months of only Sushi and I gained 47 lbs. I'm now on a Pho diet...hope it works.

Well, duh, it's sushi. While making it you wash your hands innumerable times. Plus, as the caption read, "the vinegar serves as a natural desinfectant". Really... when I was in grade school and our lunch bread dropped on the yard, we would just pick it up, dust it off and keep eating. Nowadays everybody is clinically clean and in turn gets his fair share of allergies. I never had to deal with that.
