You don't need "sushigrade" fish. You just need to know what you're buying, and where to get it fresh. Making sushi at home is fantastic and cheap.

did you know, real wasabi is notoriously expensive? so restaurants uses fake wasabi.

My girlfriend and I just made sushi last night. Didn't turn out perfect, but it didn't fall apart, was shaped properly and it was our first time doing it. :D
