Good point, but keep in mind these are volunteer forces, or militia. They don't necessarily need to be provided with food, and weapons. When Iraq invaded Iran in 1980, millions of Iranians volunteered. Some as young as 16 were used, and would ride motorcycles from city to city delivering messages. I am NO FAN of war with Iran and respect the people and nation of Iran. With that said, NO NATION ON EARTH can put together, train, arm, equip and mobilize 12 million fighters in 2 days. It can't be done. Even if it could be done, which it can't, do they just happen to have ammunition and food for said 12 MILLION people in 2 days? Over the course of a year, maybe they could build an Army of 12 million. An army is more than men standing side by side.
