I cut my dolls hair when i was five and i talk to her ( her hair is odd now) but i still love my American girl doll and she does too that is so cute!

no, she can use a brush that's not for american girl. It has to be a silver whire wig brush. Not the kind with the plastic tips at the top like she used in the video....

its not good to use a different type of brush becides the american girl brushes and also a good way to get tangles oust is putting a little dishwashing soap in the water
