Description: The love between Tamahome and Miaka... =] My favorite anime. ^-^ They are somewhat a reflection of the love between me and him =D I always said I'd do this but I keep forgetting. Its almost 5 years for me and my bf (October 6th) :) So I thought I'd watch it. There is no new series for Fushigi Yuugi. If you've bought the box set for Fushigi Yuugi you'll see there will be Eikoden and Oni which have a continuing of Fushigi Yuugi. Its 3 discs total and maybe like 10+ episodes. =) The animation and drawings have improved. I think its quite good. I love Fushigi Yuugi. :) Update 3/23/08: If you like Fushigi Yuugi, I'm sure you all will like Saiunkoku Monogatari. Its quite good. It is on its second season and animes and other dramas can be watched at crunchyroll.com :) Enjoy!

I love Fushigi Yuugi. It was the first anime I had seen, which was years ago, and it still continues to be my absolute favourite. I need to dig up my dvd's and watch the series again sometime.

it's so unfair how miaka ended up with taka instead of the tamahome who went through so many hardships with her. even though taka is his reincarnation, but he ISN'T tamahome. tamahome has greener hair and is so much more handsome and dorky then taka. i cried watching this vid, you did a wonderful job. not many AMVs can make me tear up

I kno cutiegirle, I felt that way too at first, but if yiou think about it, Taka is Tamahome, just reborn. Elikoden was good, but theres no replaceing the original series

i haven't watched the OAV 1&2, and Elikoden but i'm complaining how i want Miaka and Tamahome to be together, not Miaka and Taka so much. =.=

tamahome in 2nd oav ain't real his real name is yosui and the memory jewels of tamahome that were supposed to be for taka was taken by tenkou the evil demon and placed them all inside yosui to make him look like the real tama..but THE TRUTH IS TAKA IS THE REAL TAMAHOME once Taka's memories as tamahome comes back he will be a complete person..no matter what it is TAKA the REAL tamahome who suffered so much for Miaka's sake the one who loved Miaka from the very start NOT YOSUI posing as tamahome.

tamahome and taka are the same guy! taka is actually tamahome. he's a reborn form of tama.besides in the oav, the tamahome who fought taka is actually a demon called yosui. he just stole all of taka's memories as tamahome, that's why he looks like him. i know that because i watched the oav's and its great! get it?
