I've now watched your video with pleasure many times, and it looks like you're performing some clever magic 'trick'. But it's not a trick - it's real! Amazing - you have the touch of a magician! I'm half a world away, but in my thoughts I come to Japan and enjoy your sushi and see your fantastic 'edible sculptures'! (Check okiwan's blog, Folks.)

Sometime my comment gone..dont know why..sorry to delay for your comment. about vegetable carving, those are for display like a Ice sculpture. this can remain for long time so you can enjoy during dinner , and after showing it to people,cut into peaces and you can use for cooking^^

thanks, did you see my other video? I tried to make sushi more slowly. although this is my style "nigiri" I don't think this is normal way. hope you can find your best way of "nigiri".
